2. Data we process

We only process personal data that you actively provide to us — in particular through the contact form on this website:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company
• Content of your message (if provided)
• Confirmation that you have acknowledged the privacy policy
• Technical context data related to the form submission, in particular the requested path and the page language

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

3. Purpose

Your data is used to handle your inquiry, contact you, prepare pre-contractual steps, prevent abuse, and technically provide the form service.

4. Recipients and service providers

We use external service providers to operate this website and specific functions. These include in particular Vercel as our hosting and deployment provider, Web3Forms for the technical delivery of contact form submissions, Google Tag Manager for script management, and Vemetric for privacy-friendly analytics. According to Vemetric, data transmission may be proxied through Cloudflare.

5. Third-country transfers

For some of the services we use, processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. This applies in particular to Web3Forms; according to the provider, its servers are located in the United States and the company itself is not established in the EU. International data transfers may also occur when hosting through Vercel and when loading Google Tag Manager. According to Vercel, it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where providers offer additional appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, we rely on those safeguards; for further details, please refer to the respective providers’ privacy information.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, or as long as required by law (typically 7 years for business records under Austrian commercial law).

According to Web3Forms, form submissions are not stored permanently, although technical server logs may be created and are deleted periodically according to the provider.

7. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel and provided through its deployment infrastructure. When you visit the site, technical access data (in particular IP address, timestamp, and requested resource) is processed and temporarily logged as part of normal server operation. Due to Vercel’s global infrastructure, processing may also take place outside the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Cookies & analytics

This website currently does not use tracking cookies. In production, we use Google Tag Manager to load the analytics service Vemetric. According to the provider, Vemetric operates without cookies by default, hosts its servers in the EU, and uses the processed data for privacy-friendly analysis of how our website is used. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in analyzing and optimizing our website.

You have the right at any time to:
