Every page is either published or unpublished. This decides if visitors can see the page.
- Published — the page is live. Visitors can see it.
- Unpublished — the page is not on the website. You can edit it safely.
Publishing a page
In the pages overview, every page has an options menu at the end of its row. Open it and click Publish:
The page goes live for all languages at once.
One rule: a page can only be published when it exists in every language. If a language is missing, translate the page first — otherwise you will see a message that the page is not complete.
Unpublishing a page
In the same options menu, click Unpublish to take a page off the website. It becomes unpublished again, and you can publish it again at any time.
Editing a published page
Important: when you save a published page, your changes go live right away.
Small fix, like a typo? Just edit and save. For bigger changes, create a draft copy of the page first — see Draft workflow. You can then work on the copy without touching the live page, and apply it when you are done.
